This recipe uses a traditional custard as base. Most recipes use vanilla custard but I use vanilla bourbon to add that touch of vanilla. I wanted to make a truly unique custard, since they are my favorite, but stray away from the common route of making it. Flavor Art's Custard is as traditional of a Custard you are going to get and it truly is one of my favorite bases to use when making my custards. Enjoy 😉 Since this is a Custard steep time is important and the minimum is 14 days but I would go 21 for the best flavor. REMEMBER a little goes a long way 🙂
