descriptionTFA Pineapple Juicy is not my favorite pineapple, but here the combination with the FA Brandy and Brown Sugar works well to give that grilled taste. I used CAP Golden Pineapple at 1% to offset the "overripe" that I get from the TFA Pineapple Juicy.
FA Nonna's Cake and CAP Yellow Cake is my cake base and TFA Toasted Marshmallow works to give a toasted feel to both the pineapple and the cake. I got a strange oily taste early on in the steep, possibly due to the TFA Toasted Marshmallow that luckily steeped out at 4 weeks.
FA Cream Fresh combines with the Brown Sugar to give a syrupy light caramel.
