longer it steps pecan more prevalent on exhale. wouldn't go any higher than 1 on super sweet. Added bavarian and sweet cream to take out some of the harshness in the cap butter pecan. Everything should smooth out nicely after couple days steep also, apple crumble = WF Crumble Topping
