Slight floral but will steep out ssome. Great in bakeries, cake and cereals. Raspberry is a very very good raspberry flavor. Here the mixture between sweet and slightly sour. Notes from Recipe Raspbogurt:- Capella's raspberry because it was very sweet and that would balance flavor with the cream cheese base. It's also not too strong and the fruity flavor is kind of subtle, like an after taste. It still taste a lot like raspberry but perfectly balance with the cream at this amount. It mixes especially well with creamy flavor since it is more like a very ripe and smooth rapsberry. You can use v1 if you want, I only used v2 because I only have access to this one atm. Cap Raspberry is sweet and syrupy. Reminds me of raspberry jam or ice cream topping/syrup. A very good raspberry. Mix with other flavors typically at 1-2%. Anything more will overpower other flavors.
