Rich thick gooey caramel sauce with a hint of cream. Slight butterscotch note. A concentrated flavouring for Purilum - even at 0.5% in a mix, the caramel comes through. Goes perfectly with creams. 0.5% - 1.5% as an accent, 1.5% - 3% in mixes as a main note. Use at a higher percentage if you want a stronger butterscotch note.
