Boysenberry. Commentaires

My favourite boysenberry so far. No floral off notes, nor is it candyish. It has a fantastic combination of the deeper blackberry and lighter raspberry on top. It is very juicy and works perfectly as a swirl or syrup with creams and bakeries. In a mix I use it at 2.5% - 4%. Combining it with 0.5% - 1% FLV Boysenberry gives you a lighter sweeter boysenberry

To me this is more of a Jam like fruit than a fresh fruit. It still has a Sweet and sticky mouthfeel, there is a slight juiciness to it but not enough to make it fresh tasting. Suggested Usage I’d use as a main flavour at 3%-5%, A Background at 2%-3%, accent at 1%-2% and Standalone at 5%-9%. This will work well with fruits especially other berries, Creams, Bakery and some tobaccos and beverages. Used low this may impart a Jam like quality to other fruits. VTA Recommend 1%-5% in a mix and 5%-9% Standalone.
