Creme de Menthe v2. Comments

From ELR: TFA Creme de Menthe Notes: This is a lot lot nicer that I was expecting to give it credit for, it's silky smooth / creamy & minty with a little cooling effect, the overall profile is very good, tastes a lot like the mint cream filling in an after eight but with more coolness, not sure if my mind is playing tricks due to it's similarity to the sweet but I swear I am getting mild hints at plain dark chocolate lingering in the background though if it is it's very feint & background, overall it is excellent IMO, in short it''s a creamy & mild mint with some mild cooling, WARNING – NEEDS A GOOD STEEP TO SETTLE % tested @ - 1.5% Mouthfeel – medium airy Dryness – none Harshness - none Off Notes – none Single flavour recommendation – yes works well SA IMO Uses – mint / chocolate / cream / milk / tea / fruit / candy / custard / cooling Mix % Recommendations – accent 0.25 to 0.6% - Main note 1 to 2% - Single flavour 1.5%
