Gives you that toastie flavor, kinda like bread crumbles. Very useful with tobaccos and some bakeries and nuts. Do NOT go beyond 1% or it will "mute" everything. I heard one guy saying that he uses it only in the last day of steep.

Acetyl Pyrazine - aka AP - when used at 0.25% can help brighten up your nut/bakery/tobacco recipes. Use it at 0.5-0.75% and it can help darken them. Use it at 1% to turn your recipes into Frito Lays
