طعم فراولة مزز حقيقي مع خلفية طعم مربي فراولة .. يعني مزيج من الفراولة الحقيقي والصناعي بس بطريقة حلوة .. ميفضلش استخدامه لوحدة .. يعتبر فلافر ضعيف بالنسبة لتركيزات فلافر ارت .. يفضل استعماله مع انواع فراولة اخري وافضل نسبة ليه من ٣٪ الي ٤٪

http://flavor-pro.com/author/jennifer-jarvis/ Primary Aromas: red berry, crisp green (vine/tops), rose, floral, slight jammy notes Flavour Art Strawberry (Red Touch) has that lighter more aromatic fresh strawberry flavor.  It is less jammy than some other strawberry flavors, as it is heavier on the top notes of the fragrant fruit.  At lower percentages you get more of the top notes out of it than anything else, at the suggested range you get more of the base and mid notes making it more of a full strawberry flavor, but it is still a mild one when compared to other strawberries on the market. Flavour Art Strawberry can be used anywhere from 0.25% up to 1% as a supporting top note strawberry in a blend of strawberries or other fruits.  If you want a richer strawberry note increase the amount to 1.5% up to 4%.  I personally don’t go over 4%, since the strawberry notes get far too intense for me and start to taste plastic-y and very harsh.  As a stand-alone this flavor is strawberry, but it falls just a little bit flat, and is not as multidimensional as I like my strawberry flavors. This is another example of the realism of FA’s fruit flavors. It has none of the fermented qualities of other brands’ ripe-strawberry flavors (though FA Amber can add that if you want). Try Strawberry with Lemon Sicily (either 3% each or 4% each) for a great strawberry lemonade - no other flavors needed. It's very similar to TFA Strawberry where it's a mid range flavor landing on the mid-back, and also contains that slight earthy note. So it's definitely a more realistic strawberry. Though it doesn't quite have the same boldness that TFA has. Definitely a great strawberry flavoring, though if you already have TFA Strawberry, I wouldn't really think it's necessary to buy. Well rounded strawberry taste overall. I taste a slight bit of candied strawberry in it, but reminds me of strawberry jelly with the seeds in it. (Preserves?) Pairings: Creams, other fruits/citrus, desserts. 0.5-1% TFA Dragonfruit makes this flavor pop a little more as well. Notes: With so many great strawberry flavors out there, I can't really say much besides try this one too. You won't be disappointed.
