Works really well with creams and bakeries as a sweet lemon curd. I use it in a mix from 3% to 4.5%. Any higher and it starts to taste of lemon rind. Doesn't seem to fade. From: https://e-liquid-recipes.com/flavor/19903 A softer, weaker, natural lemon that doesn't steep away. @ 0.50-1.00% slight sweet lemon, no tartness, fruit or bakery brightener at this point. @ 1.00-2.00% same, more lemon present, (no pledge or lemon seed notes), @ 3.00-4.00% a smooth, weaker soft lemon, not harsh or tart. @ 6.00% starts to bring harshness without any other benefits, no increasing lemon, tartness or juiciness. This would be a good sweet lemon for anyone finding lemon strong, overpowering or tart. Mild Sweet Lemon, Recipe Brightener. I would use this in a mix @ 2.50% or as a weak non-tart Lemon standalone @ 4.50%. Solo @ 5% SNV: Mild Lemon note that is pretty realistic with very little candy-like flavoring. Sweet and does not have that lemon/citrus kick. Reminds me of the icing off a lemon cookie. Would likely work well in some sort of lemon bakery.
