It's TFA Vanilla Custard without the custard note. While on it's own, it may lack a distinct profile, this is a great flavor to blend with pretty much anything. If you are looking for a light and fluffy "lift", try adding a little Vanilla Swirl.
Flavor Profile: TFA Vanilla Swirl is always a flavoring that ends up in someones cart when they go to order flavorings. It's used in thousands and thousands of recipes for many good reasons. TFA Vanilla Swirl is the quintessential vanilla flavoring offered by the TFA camp, and is one of the hardest vanillas to beat. The flavor profile is simple. A nice rich vanilla, that isn't too rich or too heavy, but accompanied by a dollop of whipped cream. Vanilla is right up front, with a touch of vanilla bean on the back, and throughout the entire flavor is a fluffy whipped cream like flavor with the texture to match. It's easy on the palate. It's easy to vape, its soft. And the best part about it is that it holds up against many other profiles quite strongly. I'll talk more about this in the pairings section, but I wanted to point out that this separation works in favor for the flavor. It allows the flavor to stay in your recipe, despite what's next to it. A trait not many flavorings have. Overall though, if you're looking for a vanilla flavoring to add to your dessert, or your cream, or your fruit, this is always the first choice in my house.
SOLO: 5% (Not recommended), MIXED: 1 - 2% (low end) 4 - 5% (high end)
Recommended Pairings and Percentages: First off, this is a vanilla flavoring. It's not an ice cream flavoring, its not a milk, its not anything else but a vanilla flavoring. So you should use it as such. Think of it as a vanilla extract when baking. Whenever you need to infuse some vanilla notes in your recipe, this is a great flavoring to do so with. Now, at 1 - 2% this flavoring sits in your recipe lending a nice light vanilla flavor that sits right in the front of your recipe. This is the percentage that I usually sit at as it makes it easy to balance the other flavorings without worrying if I'm losing any vanilla. This is a great ratio with fruits such as blueberries, pomegranate, strawberry, banana. Nice and light up front, with the fun fruit foundations sitting in the main. But if you're going for a dessert recipe that calls for some serious vanilla flavoring, again, this is a great flavoring to use. At 4 - 5% you get that same light vanilla up front, but it's more pronounced and it isn't as faded. The best way to use this flavoring in my opinion is to use TFA Vanilla Swirl as a way to add a vanilla flavoring to the front of your mix. It's not so much to add a vanilla INTO your recipe, or infuse a fruit with vanilla (though you can do this, I find this flavoring works better in this scenario) but to just add a vanilla on TOP of your recipe.
Vape Experience: This is one of those flavorings that when you vape it you can barely even tell. It's so extremely smooth and light and it's extremely pleasing for those who want to vape with as little interference as possible. It has a great voluminous mouth feel that I'm assuming is coming from that "swirl" aspect or that whipped cream like flavor. The vanilla up front is light and sweet and the vape compliments that flavor so perfectly. Absolutely no coil gunking what so ever. This is just a nice and fluffy vape that has a touch of sweetness to add to the overall flavor of the mix. Excellent vape experience.
Rating: 4 / 5: Light, fluffy, airy, with a touch of vanilla sweetness. A great and light flavoring that somehow stands up to some of the strongest of ingredients. An essential to anyone who needs to work with a pure vanilla flavoring.
Capellas v1 is kind of a spiced eggy custard with a hint of vanilla
